Accreditation
1. National Accreditation- NCHE:
In May , 2017, UWMF was awarded a Letter of Interim Authority as a Private University and in response submitted application for provisional Licence. On the 18th of July 2022 NCHE conducted an inspection visit for verification of UWMF facilities. Once Provisional Licence is awarded this will allow UWMF to immediately begin admitting students into its full-time six Bachelors degree programmes.

UWMF theological programmes are also accredited under affiliate status by Accrediting Council for Theological Education in Africa- ACTEA, also known as Association for Christian theological education in Africa; which promotes quality evangelical theological education in Africa by providing supporting services, facilitating academic recognition, and fostering continental and intercontinental cooperation.
